AroMed Vaporizer Review
At first glance, I thought this vaporizer was a high school science project gone incredibly right. It has a unique design to say the least and that is due to the additional water filter which is unique to the AroMed Vaporizer. The way the AroMed Vaporizer works is it heats up and passes the vapor through the herb and then a separate water filter that assists in the cooling of the vapor to deliver a really nice hit.
I found that hitting this is similar to hitting a Volcano Balloon, almost like just breathing in air. The AroMed Vaporizer has a bit of a learning curve but once mastered you will have a pleasant smoking experience.
Although I must say the AroMed Vaporizer delivered mixed results. Some sessions were great and others not so great, so it is a little inconsistent. The AroMed Vaporizer has a digital temperature readout and control on the actual box unit. It includes a micro processor that controls a UV-free halogen light bulb to heat the blend up and produce vapor.
The micro processor actually works out the temperature inside the blend as accurate as within 1 or 2 degrees. As the main part you smoke out of his glass, resembling a bong actually, is glass it is going to require cleaning pretty often. So if you’re a bit on the lazy side this might not be something for you.
What do I like about the AroMed Vaporizer?
I have to say, whether it’s the extra water filtration or not, the AroMed Vaporizer delivers a very smooth hit. For me it doesn’t get much better than a hit from a Volcano balloon, but the AroMed Vaporizer delivers a hit very close. As I said there is a bit of a learning curve when using the AroMed Vaporizer but really if you have any intelligence at all it shouldn’t be that hard.
The one thing you want to keep in mind is this is as far from a portable vaporizer as you can get. It has the box with the micro processor which then attaches to the water filtration system which then has the whip. So this is not something you will hauling around to smoke with friends. Unless you are really really patient. Which I certainly am not.
Here is everything the AroMed Vaporizer comes with:
- AroMed Vaporizer Heating Unit
- Water Pipe
- Heavy Duty Carrying Case
- Instruction Manual
Really the only downsides to the AroMed Vaporizer is that it isn’t discrete, isn’t very portable at all, and requires frequent cleaning.

I really enjoyed the AroMed Vaporizer. Aside from the three things I listed above (discreteness, portability, and cleaning) I can highly recommend this vape. It is a little expensive, you can usually find it around $400, but it’s just another example of getting what you pay for. The performance of the AroMed Vaporizer is where it really stands out.
Still not sure the AroMed Vaporizer is the best vape for you? Compare the AroMed Vaporizer to other whip vapes.
